From mo-fri between 10:00 - 17:00. If you dont recieve a reply withing 20 minutes you get a FREE week on your server contract. After 17:00 support may be AFK.

No Setup fees, No contracts.
Payments are monthly unless you choose otherwise. If you dont wish to keep your server you simply dont pay. Your server will automaticly shut down when your month is up. There are also no hidden costs or administration costs. All prices already include 19% VAT (BTW) Offcourse if you wish to keep the server you can make a payment using your control panel.

Mods And Maps.
The control panel will offer various popular mods that you can install with the click of a button for most of our games. Offcourse you can always install your own mods to. If you favorite mod is not listed on the control panel and you have no clue on how to install a mod yourself you can contact support.

Mirror servers.
Profesional gaming clan ? For 5 euro extra a month we will make a copy of your server when you have it running the way you want. This copy will be installed on another machine with a different ip. If your original server goes down and stays down for any reason your backup can take over. Mirror servers can also serve as a file backup for your game server.

Gameserver stats.
For only 1,00 extra a month we will install a stats tool for your server. A game server statistics tool that allows you to display gameserver events like, kills, deaths, top fragger, etc, on your website. We use various statistic tools for different games.
